Although it has already felt a lot like summer for the past month here in Louisiana, it’s really upon us now! To celebrate the summer season, during the month of June, Tujague’s own Chef Robey is offering a specially priced three-course tasting menu. Available this summer during dinner service, you and your loved ones can enjoy this three-course menu for only $39 (plus tax and gratuity). Featured Dishes 

For the first course, try our refreshing Tomato Watermelon Salad. This light and fresh salad includes sweet shaved onions, crumbled feta, Pimm’s cup vinaigrette, and mint chiffonade. 

Moving on to the second course, our Braised Boneless Short Ribs is a dish you cannot miss out on! These ribs are served with truffled white beans salad, black pepper glacé, and crispy sweet potatoes.

Last but not least, the dish anyone with a sweet tooth waits so patiently for: dessert. The last part of our three-course dinner includes our classic Key Lime Pie. Our pie is complemented with cherry coulis, whipped cream, and mint.
