Guest Chef Dinner Series: Chef Stephen Stryjewski

Date: Thursday, June 2, 2016

Time: 7PM

Location: Tujague's

Tujague’s, New Orleans’ second oldest dining institution, the birthplace of brunch and home to the oldest stand-up bar in America, is celebrating its 160th anniversary this year, and to commemorate this historic milestone, the restaurant will be hosting several guest chef dinners featuring some of New Orleans top toques. The three-month series will launch on Thursday, June 2, 2016 with James Beard Award-winning Chef Stephen Stryjewski. Stryjewski is Chef/Partner of New Orleans’ award-winning restaurants Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Pêche Seafood Grill, and Calcasieu. Additional dinners will take place in July and August with dates and guest chefs to be announced.

For this one-night-only event, Stryjewski will collaborate with Tujague’s Executive Chef Marcus Woodham to create a five-course dinner with wine pairings. Priced at $125 per person (all inclusive) the evening will start with a champagne reception at 7PM and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Link Stryjewski Foundation.
